At Monk Scents, we want every customer to have a smooth and reliable shopping experience. While we do not accept returns, eligible products may be exchanged under the conditions below.

1. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

1.1. Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase and apply only to 50ml and 100ml perfumes purchased online through Monk Scents.

1.2. To qualify for an exchange:

  • The perfume must have at least 90% of the product remaining.
  • Products where more than 10% has been used are not eligible for exchange.
  • The product must have been purchased directly through our online store.
  • Proof of purchase or order details may be required when submitting an exchange request.

2. PROCESSING TIME

2.1. Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, please allow approximately 3–5 working days for processing.

2.2. Processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and delivery arrangements.
